We dispatch within 3–5 business days, and standard delivery takes 10–15 business days after that. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once it ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $69.9. For orders below that, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your region.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. All our prices already include customs duties and import taxes — no extra fees at delivery.

Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your pet’s neck, chest and back length, then check the size chart on the product page. Because every style fits differently, each product has its own size chart and weight range.
How do I measure my pet?
Neck: around the base of the neck. Chest: the widest part, just behind the front legs. Back length: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
What if my pet is between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for a relaxed, comfortable fit.
Why don’t all products share one size chart?
Different fabrics, cuts and designs fit differently, so each product page lists its own measurements. Always check the specific product before ordering.

Are your materials pet-safe?
Yes. We choose soft, skin-friendly, pet-safe materials for every piece.
How do I care for my pet’s clothes?
Most items can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cold cycle and air-dried. Always check the care label on your specific item.
Are personalized items returnable?
No — custom and personalized items are final sale.
Do grooming tools have any special rules?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used grooming tools cannot be returned.
