The tulle is soft and layers nicely, and the starry look is charming. My 12-pound terrier fits the small, but if your dog is broader in the chest, size up. Fine for a quick party.
Got the small for my 8 lb chihuahua mix and it fits her chest just right, no slipping. The tulle layers are soft, not scratchy, and the little star sequins catch the light. She wore it for her birthday photos and sat still the whole time, which never happens. For $19.99, it looks way nicer than I expected. Shipping took a bit over a week, but fine.
I wanted this for my dog at my wedding and asked about sizing and lead time. Support barely replied, only after I kept chasing them. The communication was a pain, really bad experience.
